Dolphin 7300 Batch
The
Dolphin® 7300 is a compact hand held computer that delivers performance and
power for today's most demanding mobile workforce environments.
Windows® CE powers the Dolphin 7300 and provides application versatility and
expandability. This operating system allows customers to use open systems
architecture, enabling developers to write applications using Microsoft®
eMbedded™Visual Tools. The environment allows for rapid application development
and implementation for a faster return on investment.
The Intel® StrongARM® processor delivers powerful performance in a small form
factor with low power consumption. This enables mobile workers to use demanding
applications for decision support in the field, making the Dolphin 7300 an ideal
extension of the enterprise management system.
The Dolphin 7300 is well suited for route accounting, package delivery, and
field service applications in the transportation industry where vehicles are
equipped with on-board wide area wireless radios. Its small size, lightweight,
and advanced input and communication capabilities make the Dolphin 7300 the
perfect tool for in-transit applications.

The Dolphin ® 7300 RF portable data terminal is the latest addition
to the HHP Dolphin family of mobile computers. Its ergonomically
friendly design, robust construction, and integrated 802.11b
wireless communications make it ideally suited for today’s most
demanding mobile workforce environments.
Equipped with an integrated area imager, the Dolphin 7300 RF
provides multi-functional data capture capabilities that far exceed
traditional laser based terminals. Using Advanced Linear Decoding (ALD),
the Dolphin 7300 RF provides laser-like scanning performance on 1D
bar codes and industry best decoding performance on PDF417 bar
codes. In full area imaging mode, the 7300 RF reads most 2D bar code
symbologies, performs signature capture, reads OCR fonts, and takes
black and white photos. This level of flexibility and performance
lends true value to virtually all ADC applications, allowing
enterprises to incorporate new forms of data capture both today and
well into the future.
