Location Field
The location screen displays all of the locations that have been programmed for use. New locations can be entered into the the handheld which will then be sent to the computer during syncing.
Entering Data
Data can be scanned or manually entered into ABC Scan 2006. A running tally of bar- codes with their quantities and assigned locations are visible every step of the way.
New Products
If the product code does not exist in the computer database, ABC Scan 2006 will ask if it should create that entry. This information is transferred to the computer during syncing.
Notes Screen
This screen allows the user to enter a note and associate it with the current record. It is recommended that the user be familiar with the "Graffiti" function of the Palm OS in order to enter notes.
